Google Places for Business - Additional Terms
The following terms, in addition to the Google Terms of Service ("Google ToS") and the Google+ Pages Additional Terms, govern your use of Google Places for Business or any service for Google Places for Business verified page owners. Please check from time to time for updates. Your use of these services means you have accepted these terms and your continued use of these services means you are consenting to any updates. If you do not wish to agree to these terms, please do not use these services.
Age and Relationship
You must be above the legal age of majority (or above the age of 18, whichever is higher) to use these services. In addition, you confirm that you are the owner of the entity listed on the page or an authorized agent who is able to bind others on behalf of the entity.
Similar to the requirement in the Google+ Pages Additional Terms, you must bind any users that manage or subsequently own your page to these Additional Terms before making them managers or owners.
You are responsible for the entity listed on your page. In particular, this means that you must comply with all applicable laws and industry best practices when operating and promoting your entity, including obtaining all applicable licenses and approvals; ensure your content is lawful, correct, up-to-date and complete; and supply all required disclaimers, warnings, and notices (or if you rely on any supplied by Google, ensure their sufficiency for your entity). In addition, you must comply with the Google+ User Content and Conduct Policy and any other policies or guidelines listed in the Google+ Help Center for verified owners. These policies and guidelines become part of your agreement with us regarding these services.
If we find in our discretion that you’ve violated any of these responsibilities, we reserve the right to take the appropriate action. This means that in addition to the actions listed in the Google+ Pages Additional Terms, we may also de-verify your page or switch the verification status to another page.
While Google is not responsible for your page or the entity listed on your page, once you verify, you understand that we have the right, but not the obligation, to moderate the content you supply via your page. Furthermore, we may not choose to display your content, may choose to show only an edited version of your content, or may choose to show content from an alternate source in place of your content.
You may be provided access to other products/services within your account. These products/services may be subject to their own separate terms and policies.
If you authorize us to do so, we may access your account to help you manage your page and account.
