The 19th National Survey of Computing and IT in Higher Education is now public, and this year, 59% of 4-year universities and colleges using hosted email named Google as their provider.

Begun in 1990, The Campus Computing Project is the largest continuing study of the role of information technology in American higher education. Over 500 public and private colleges and universities in the US participate in the annual Campus Computing Survey, which focuses on campus planning and policy issues affecting the role of IT in teaching, learning, and scholarship.
