As a Programs Manager for Diversity and Talent Inclusion you will play a pivotal role in creating, designing, and implementing the strategies and programs to achieve this vision for Google. Driving the delivery of best-in-industry programs and practices will provide you with the opportunity to work closely with Google employees, executives, various HR teams and our external partners. As a Diversity Programs Manager, you will design and deliver program plans that enhance Google’s efforts to attract, recruit and retain top diverse talent as well as understanding the needs of our diverse customer and user base. All of your efforts will mirror the company’s dedication to reflect the globally diverse audience that our search engine and tools serve. You will drive the full cycle of project management, including conception, design, implementation, launch and tracking, always motivated by making continuous improvements. This role can be full or part time.
