As an Enterprise Program Manager, you oversee all aspects of the Enterprise sales process, improving it with your insightful data analysis, troubleshooting, and seamless cross-functional teamwork. Your strategies ensure that companies new to Google products get the highest quality customer support and that the Enterprise program overall is kept on the cutting edge.
Enterprise Search Deployment Managers ensure the operational success of a portfolio of strategic partners who sell, implement and support Google Enterprise Search products. They thrive working in small, high-performance teams, bringing strong leadership experience with a natural ability to develop lasting business relationships. As an Enterprise Search Deployment Manager you will prioritize projects and resources, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and drive successful enterprise search customer deployments while working with partners. Specialising in Google’s Enterprise Search portfolio, you will be responsible for synthesizing and communicating feedback to product management, sales and technical teams and expertly managing critical operational issues. In working with our partners and internal teams the Enterprise Search Deployment Manager brings expertise and experience in deployment of technology in complex enterprise IT environments. They are seen as the trusted advisors who understand enterprise IT strategic and architectural challenges, and are able to engage at the executive level in the organizations of our implementation partners and large enterprise customers. More than just providing excellent support to our partners, we are looking for someone who will identify problems and create permanent solutions. You should be motivated, comfortable in a fast-changing atmosphere, have a strong desire to learn, and, most importantly, love working with Google products.
