The YouTube and Video team helps budding filmmakers and musicians build careers, creates products like Google TV and YouTube Live and runs collaborative projects like Life in a Day and the YouTube Space Lab. We are changing how people entertain, inform, share and change the world, one video at a time.
YouTube's growing user base provides unique challenges and new responsibilities everyday. Fast-paced, dynamic and proactive, the Content and User Operations team serves YouTube's advertisers, publishers and users around the world. Like a diligent detective, your responsibilities are to uncover and understand common issues facing these groups, and then work with the right teams to tackle the problem. Whether surfacing issues to our technical teams or recommending improvements to the team's processes and tools, you enhance the user experience on YouTube while helping increase our loyal user base over time.
YouTube’s Partner Operations team helps millions of YouTube partners to create engaging video content, develop loyal online audiences, and find success with YouTube. As a Scaled Partner Support Associate, you communicate with YouTube partners through direct and scaled channels. You are responsible for creating and managing many of our partner support resources, such as writing Help Center entries and email templates. You synthesize feedback and data to come up with suggestions to improve our support resources, support model, partner program, or YouTube as a whole. Tech-savvy and with a passion for the online video space, you can quickly master our internal and external tools and deeply understand our partner program and support model. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic will help you prioritize effectively and get things done in a dynamic environment. While getting things done, you consistently think of incremental as well as step change improvements. You know how to extract actionable recommendations from feedback and data, and communicate it to stakeholders.
