Third-Party Compliance Audit

Accountability is a core principle of AdWords. In order to improve advertisers' experience, we had made changes to AdWords policies so that advertisers working with third-party partners can understand how AdWords is performing for them and know what to expect from third parties. We believe that focusing on what's best for the advertisers is ultimately the best long-term course for third parties working with AdWords.

To achieve that goal, we’re now requiring Google third parties to link a disclosure document on their site and also to provide a report to their clients containing a minimum set of data.
