Use the data from your reports to learn which ad versions, networks, dayparts and programs are working best for your campaign.

What's in my daily report?

You'll be able to view the following reports for your TV ads through the Report Center in your AdWords account:

  • On which network and at what time your ad aired
  • Total impressions delivered -- an impression is defined as an active television that is tuned to and displays your commercial for 2 seconds or more
  • Cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) -- this clearing price is second highest bidder's max CPM
  • Average seconds tuned per impression -- average number of seconds that the ad was viewed by audience members who tuned in at any time during the ad
  • Average seconds tuned (initial audience) -- average number of seconds that an ad was viewed by audience members who were present at the beginning of the ad
  • % initial audience retained -- proportion of the audience that was present at the beginning of the ad who watched the entire airing to the end
  • View entire ad -- number of impressions tuned to the ad from beginning through to the end
  • Nielsen Demographic Data -- a measure of the demographic profile of the national audience for the television network and quarter-hour interval in which your ad aired.

You can view reports by each ad airing or as a campaign summary.
