We used to report to our customers on a quarterly basis but since we started to use Reporting Suite, not only we do it monthly but also it takes us shorter to prepare and send the reports. We have lots of customers with complex requirements we could not meet in a easy way. It always took us a lot time to put in place expensive custom developments very hard to maintain. With Reporting Suite our life is much easier now. For instance, we can now query multiple profiles at the same time or the aggregation of different profiles, or schedule 900 monthly reports for a large customer. It is worth exploring it.
