Not only is the integration with Google Analytics great - UserReport also offers other great features like heat maps, feedback button and forum etc. as part of their free online service. I love using all their features in my daily work with my websites.

I am a daily user of Google Analytics (GA) and true fan of the provided web measures. I mean, I cannot live without my daily facts about visitors, page views, bounce rate, average time on site, traffic sources, what pages are most visited etc. UserReport is a great add-on that allows you to break-down the GA web measures on demographics. Since the tool is free - five stars!

Not bad, considering it is free. However, you can't built your own survey from scratch or remove any of the questions there, this limits it's usefulness.

It has enabled me to discover, that older people have a much higher conversion rate than young people on my website + now I know which traffic sources I should focus on to attract more people in that segment.

This is truly the next step in website Analytics. With UserReport we're able to optimize our layout so it not only gets clicked more - but also by the target group intended. With a very small effort, we've made a dashboard with Gender and Age statistics. The demographic data comes from a nice survey tool - which you can customize as you like - both questions and color. Userreport is highly recommended!
