Powerful and cost effective solution

As a Senior Web Analyst and GA Specialist I needed to send phone call actions into GA and Adwords. Infinity is really useful as I can then use the GA web interface to create Custom Dashboards with Call data and use the blended counts of Calls and Web forms within Adwords Editor for managing ppc. Also the API easily connects with Excel, allowing for live reports and data mashups. Overall, a very powerful and cost effective solution.

As Global Head of Strategy for Jellyfish I needed to find a tracking and analytics solution, incorporating phone call data, for our clients who have complex sites and large PPC campaigns. I am extremely impressed with the Infinity Tracking product! Infinity’s knowledge of configuring metrics + phone call data into GA was excellent. They can also integrate a client’s backend booking system data nightly via API. This means we can manage PPC to offline sales the next day rather than a week later.

We have tried a number of different call tracking solutions at Koozai over the past couple of years and then I came across Infinity back in January this year. We ran a test for a month and were very happy with the level and accuracy of data we received. Since then we have remained with Infinity and have seen the product offering grow and grow and become more tailored to what we need as an agency. Anyone running an AdWords Account or running any paid for marketing should definitely invest!

We have been using call tracking for a couple of years, but they only gave us a steer on the best ad groups or a handful of keywords. Our agency recommend Infinity and now we are tracking every keyword (we have thousands) and SEO and affiliates, definitely worth the upgrade.

Infinity Call Tracking have been VERY busy writing and building this fantastic service. Gone are days when you have to specify which keywords/mediums/sources you want tracked with older Call Tracking Services! Infinity Call Tracking will do this out of the box. This is a really helpful standalone service as well as seamlessly integrating with Google Analytics. This is number one in my arsenal of GA tools. Infinity is truly the best call tracking provider i have had a privilege to work with. I was using ifByPhone and switched over to Infinity the moment I was able to. Infinity is light-years ahead in all areas. Infinity becomes extremely powerful in the hands of anyone interested in utilizing their API. I have had the opportunity to work with the API's of at least 3 other call tracking providers and Infinity's API is by far the best and the user support behind it is phenomenal!!
Google Analytics integration at its best

We decided to go with Infinity a couple of months ago after we had a demo of the product and were blown away. The reporting portal looks great and has real time data, then for further analysis the visitor level integration into Google Analytics is awesome. I love using the new Multi-Channel Funnel reports to show how people have called us only to return another day to book through our site.
