Here’s how it works:
1. Get a LogMyCalls Pro account. Sign up at http://logmycalls.com/pricing-and-sign-up or call 888-483-8899.
2. Sign up for Google analytics.
3. Within your LogMyCalls account, go to the Google Analytics integration page in the setup menu. Enter a post-back URL that you want us to send notification to Google analytics of page hit. Could be any page of your website. Ideally, create a non-published page designated for call tracking.
4. When a call comes through our server from your tracking number, this triggers notification to Google Analytics of a page hit to that URL with that tracking number appended to the end.
5. Go to Google analytics to see how many “page hits” that page received, and sort by “campaign” (tracking number) to see which tracking number has the most “clicks” (phone calls).

I spoke to one of their Reps, he gave me a 5 minute long overview, and I was proficient , we started with 12 phone lines but are now up to 108 and plan on adding or entire 500 or so lines altogether by the end of the Summer. Great tool, easy to use, and great support. I was especially impressed with their pricing. Dollar for Dollar I'm getting way more now then with another company I was with for a while, Big plus for us was their Score Card feature. My individual location managers use it!

This service is fantastic, I was looking for a call tracking solution that would integrate with my Google analytics account and I couldn't be more pleased. I've used a few, but this solution and the way they bring it all together is just Art! I have to say its been surprisingly and refreshingly less then our previous solution so its a double Win! the score card technique is really finding its way in enabling me to assess they value of the calls my campaigns generate.
