3. When your tracking number is called, Century Interactive will automatically ping

I've been using Century Interactive for a while now and have been very impressed with their product and people. After tracking calls across just a couple simple campaigns initially we quickly realized the importance value and expanded. The second step we engaged in is utilizing some of their operations based features. They are able to quickly and easily put a bridge on a phone line. Not to mention the features and customer service are free and encouraged. Highly recommended.

No price mentioned....their site says 'spend 5% of your marketing budget on phone tracking' and then they show a budget of $100K...I don't think they have any value for money to offer (main reason for not being transparent about pricing)....such a time waste.

In this business you have to know where your leads are coming from. I actually prefer to use Century Interactive's own proprietary platform to analyze my web traffic since it's optimized for phone calls. Since I'm an agency, CI works for me since they don't require a contact. I can just bill my clients for usage plus a markup without worrying about being upside down in a fixed contract.
