gaAddons makes it easy to implement a lot of Google Analytics "hidden" features. I've used it on 2 university portals and it allowed me to get a better picture of key insights pretty fast. Installation is a snap and configuration options are well documented. Stéphane's personalized support is also a big plus! Highly recommended!
