Here’s how it works:
1. Get a LogMyCalls Pro account. Sign up at http://logmycalls.com/pricing-and-sign-up or call 888-483-8899.
2. Sign up for Google analytics.
3. Within your LogMyCalls account, go to the Google Analytics integration page in the setup menu. Enter a post-back URL that you want us to send notification to Google analytics of page hit. Could be any page of your website. Ideally, create a non-published page designated for call tracking.
4. When a call comes through our server from your tracking number, this triggers notification to Google Analytics of a page hit to that URL with that tracking number appended to the end.
5. Go to Google analytics to see how many “page hits” that page received, and sort by “campaign” (tracking number) to see which tracking number has the most “clicks” (phone calls).

I have been researching for a solution that would include a call review and call score feature. This is perfect for my needs. In looking at this now, I don't know how I did it with my former vendor. The tech team and my contact there, have been great! And using SMS reply back to those that call in from a smartphone, I love that feature!

We've used other call tracking solutions before, but these guys are, so far, the best I've seen. Has a plethora of marketing data to use, plus the scorecard creation is simple. The best part is the easy Google Analytics integration. They walk you step-by-step through how to set it up and use it. They've got articles and White Papers that show you how to use everything. If you want a call tracking solution that won't force you to do a bunch of extra work, LogMyCalls is the one. I reviewed several call tracking products, scoured the web and survived several demos with somewhat pushy sales people (I won't use any names:) After all that, I found LogMyCalls. It is simply the best. Their service is the best. Their platform is the best. Their prices are the best.
