Amazing, how fast these guys are reacting. Every time T need some help or solution I just write an email and soon I get the complete solution or even the new feature in the application. If the response time is more than 12 hours I know that they are working on the right solution and I always got it. NextAnalytics is the plugin what i always looking for to create fancy and informative reports in Excel to the clients and compare the Google Analytics, Facebook and Twitter reports in one sheet.

Ward and his team are amazing. I've tried so many different solutions to help resolve my Google Analytics challenge and Next Analytics was about the closest thing I could find. Not only that, but Ward and his team helped me customize the reporting to exactly what I needed, allowing me to see the data in the way I wanted to see it to make decisions. If Google Analytic's reporting functionality is too limiting for you, get this add-in right away. You can't go wrong with this.

Extremely powerful tool with extremely fast and adequate customer support. Next Analytics makes using the GA API easy for non-technical people. No worries about codes, scripts or whatever: just a user-friendly menu making sure all your data is loaded correctly into Excel from where you can make powerful reports. It helps shift the focus from reporting to analyzing and taking action. This tool is worth the money for sure!

I've been using NextAnalytics to aid in turning around web analytics reports for our clients (more than 400 sites) and also doing research into traffic patterns. I can't imagine managing multiple websites or trying to do historical analyses without the tool. Also, the support from NextAnalytics is superb. I've never waited more than maybe 30 minutes for a response to an email, and issues are resolved with equal speed. All around, it's a great tool supported by an incredible team.
