After looking at various different solutions, I downloaded Next Analytics to see the capabilities of the software to meet my analytics needs. Not only was I amazed the versatility of the software itself, but have never received such excellent and informative customer support, answering a range of qustions and queries I had when trying to create my own custom reports. Highly reccomended!

I downloaded the free trial yesterday and as a non-paying client was very impressed by the speed at which I got a personal response to my questions. It took no more than 5 minutes for a human being to get in touch, with screen grabs, explaining what I had done wrong in setting up my multi site dashboard. This looks to me to be the answer to my dashboard reporting woes... I will have more questions today, but I am certain I will also have made a decision today.

After testing several solutions for my everyday work with dashboards & reports definitely that's the one I choose. I need a very flexible tool that allows me query analytics solutions the way I want. Furthermore I can process data and recalculate it before it lands in worksheet saving time from having to do it with Excel formulas. In top of that the support they offer is insuperable. Now I can build great dashboards very easy and concentrate in what is important: traffic performance analysis.

NextAnalytics has proven to be a tremendous tool for pulling, organizing, and displaying large amounts of information from a number of direct APIs, both for Google Analytics and for Social Media sources. In working with other products, I heard a lot of excuses about the variability of reporting products and how its difficult to build reliable reports; however, NextAnalytics has had tremendous support and service and a product that has streamlined our analytics- and all built into Excel.
