Description

Ingredients:
First mix together in a blender:
-2 mashed bannannas
-3 egg whites
-1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
-1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce
Then mix in the dry ingridients into the mix w/ a whisk
-2 cups oat flour
-1tbsp cinammon
-sprinkle of salt
-1tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-mix in some walnuts crushed (optional)

Coat a loaf pan w/ non stick spray..cook in ove at 350 degrees for
40-50 minutes or until middle comes out clean
