“Neopet cheats” blog of then 15-yearl-old Chloe lands page 1 on Google within two weeks of launch in early 2006. Chloe fueled her blog dedicated to globally famous virtual pets Neopets, with keyword research through WordTracker and Google Suggest, which provided her with "neopets cheats" as major popular search term to target for her blog's title and section headings. Chloe then came up with "Ultimate Neopets Cheats Site." She then used the free service from WordPress.com to start the blog. After the page-1 success, Chloe wanted to earn from it thus she tried to put Google ads on her WordPress.com blog. However, due to restraining Terms of Service, she failed to make her blog lucrative.

Chloe moved her blog to her own domain neopetsfanatic.com that is powered by the WordPress software. After which she established links via sites such as Blogger Stories.

Without spending much time on her blogs Chloe earns an average of $20 to $30 daily and even as much as $40 through Google AdSense summing up to about $700 to $900 of monthly earnings. This therefore is a more ideal way for Chloe to earn rather than getting a similar amount but by working at 25 to 30 hours every week on minimum wage amount.
