Maintaining a healthy, happy work environment can be challenging for anyone. This task is made even more difficult for the emergency public safety professional chaollenged on a daily basis with extroadinary stress. Some professional classifications and jobs are particularly prone to the impact of stress. Emotional disregulation and anger management is typically the most often quoted as the problem and the least responsive to outside intervention. This course helps individuals learn to effectively identify problems witin the work enviroment that may be contributing factors and teach creative and effective solutions for change. We will also discuss how to work with others and helping facilitate their ability to effective manage their stress and reduce their rageful responses. Equally important we will help participants examine their own response to stress and teach methods for effectively treating their own response to stress before it becomes a problem.
