Hi Everyone,
Well we're still trying to firm up a place, we're trying to get a room at Calvary Chapel again but waiting to hear back. However, we do have times. We'd love to have all of you as the leaders at a meeting from 10 to noon. Then from 1:30 to around 4:00 or whatever time we need meet with the host families and leaders combined. As soon as I have a place confirmed I'll let you know. Thank you so much for your flexibility on this last minute meeting. It is just so important now that we have all of the pieces in place to get the ball rolling quickly.
