Mars Climate Modeling Center Workshop

The main theme of the workshop is to openly discuss the needs of the Agency regarding a national center for Mars climate modeling and research in support of its Mars Exploration Program (MEP); and further, to establish an efficient resource for the Mars science and mission engineering communities.

Some goals of the MCMC workshop include:

* Determine the requirements of the community
* Determine the range of climate models to be supported
through the MCMC
* Determine the architecture of the MCMC
* Determine the desired products and deliverables
* Determine the high-end computing (HEC) requirements
for the MCMC
* Determine the appropriate web-based interface
