The presenters are Barney Gosnell ‘79, CPA with Gosnell Menard Robinson & Infante; Michael Menard, CPA with Gosnell Menard Robinson & Infante; Claus Foerster ’85, Vice President of Investments with Morgan Keegan; and Michael Pack, Attorney with Dennis, Shaw & Drennan, LLC. The presenters will give a general overview of the current status of estate planning, discuss unified credit limits, and share expert opinions as to likely changes in current law in the near term.
