This is the longest-running 20-mile race in the UK, it is excellent preparation for the London marathon and is always fully subscribed. The entry limit is 600.
Included is the Middlesex County 20 Mile Championships.
The race consists of 4 identical laps which are run on road and pavements in a mixture of town and rural settings in and around Ruislip and Ickenham, Greater London.

The race starts and finishes at the Hillingdon AC Clubhouse, 206 Bury Street, Ruislip Middlesex HA4 7TJ
