The splendid portrait of Antonio Solá, who was once of the most brilliant exponents of Spanish neoclassical sculpture, is attributed to Juan Antonio Ribera, who portrayed him next to the model for jis statue of Cervantes, sculpted in 1835, which can be admired in the Plaza de las Cortes in Madrid, Spain.
