Rijksmuseum - Google Cultural Institute
The Rijksmuseum was reopened April 13th 2013, after ten years of renovations. During that period the masterpieces of the Dutch Golden Age were exhibited in the museum's Philips Wing, the only part of the museum to remain open to the public. The Rijksmuseum in Google Art Project is limited to the Philips Wing. Rijksmuseum is currently working with Google to bring the new museum on line. Please visit the Rijksmuseum web site for an overview of the entire collection. On the web site, the multiple award winning Rijksstudio lets you collect and download your favorite works from the Rijksmuseum collection.
