Yesware is the real deal. It has exceeded my expectations and needs. Their customer service is amazing... I had a mis-configured account and customer services fixed it within an hour.

The only email it accurately tracks is the test one when you open the account. I've sent test emails to outlook, iPhone and it always is a mixed bag of results. Great idea but provides misinformation which defeats the whole purpose of a tracking program.

Outstanding application. Finally a company who understands that solving the day to day challenges of a salesperson will equate to both better individual performance and greater transparency and reporting, win, win!

I have sent 11 emails with their "tracking" turned on. The software has only gotten 6 "opened" emails correct. There are serious flaws to this software. When the sender forwards an email s/he already sent to others aside from the intended recipient, e.g., (This is what I sent to Joe) it shows that the original intended recipient opened it -- it does not show that "someone" opened up, as the software company claims it should do.

Our school district uses gmail, so I thought this would be a great tool. It only seems to work if an e-mail is sent to an outside person - noe of the district employee email that I send works in getting the notifications.

Yesware is awesome AND it works completely in Google Apps, which is amazing. While it is addicting, you gain so much valuable knowledge. I look forward to keep taking advantage of the Templates and ability to track interest and improve messaging.
