No issues as it is integrated with Google Apps for Business.
Great for logging a ticket and keeping communication open by email notification. I also enjoy the use of their Andriod app to view and modify tickets away from your desk.

I implemented and evaluated several help desk applications, and while I can't definitively say it is and will always be the best out there, I can say that it was the best I could find, and still seems the best to me by keeping up to date on other offerings from time to time. We`ve tried the top 10 customer service apps, and we feel confident to asure that Zendesk is the best. Zendesk offers the most complete features and integration with other apps (crm, invoicing, your web site, etc). Congratulations and please keep the great work!

Customer Service Application At It's Finest

We have been a faithful Zendesk user for several years. It was easy to implement, configure and customize. We had tried other providers in the past, but were unsatisfied. Once we experienced Zendesk, we were very pleased and were amazed at how far ahead they were with their tools. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
