Nous avons fait l'acquisition de Zoho CRM il y a une année. La richesse du produit n'est pas à remettre en cause bien au contraire elle est comparable aux autres produits leader. Par contre la complexité du paramétrage en fait un progiciel qui demande l'intervention d'experts soit un cout de 2 à 3 jours minimum à 800 euros e...

Fails to work when using GMAIL and lots of email

(1) Zoho will not download POP email from GMAIL and (2) Zoho does not support Microsoft Outlook.

On est plutôt content de notre choix. Apres des mois d'hésitations entre Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Sugar CRM et Zoho, on a fini par prendre Zoho CRM couplé à Google Apps. Ca fait le boulot comme on l'attendait (sur tablette, mobile, intégration web, ...) et pour le rapport qualité prix à mon avis .
Bref très content du pro...
