You will need to buy Xero & Freshbooks to do what ZOHO books does for only $24/month. It is easy to use and the bank reconciliations are very simple to do with the bank feeds. Use it it excellent.
We chose to pay for a subscription, but mostly because we are trusting them that they will add more in the future. I would advise most people to give it some time to mature before jumping in. Zoho books is a very good tool to manage finances for the start-ups because it has a simple and user friendly interface. I specially liked its invoice management system because it happens in almost no time.
Excellent solution as online accounting and invoicing software. Can be used on many browsers, with more than one user account. Printouts are customizable for many applications. Time to setup is very low, allows importing of items or customers from others software (depends on third part soft).
