#1 invoice customization is difficult. I am in IT and I can't figure it out, if its possible at all. I could get over this.

pls add a quotation tab!! xero shouldn't use real invoice number for order/quotation, just a new quotation tab and with new set of quotation number, after quotation confirmed, then change the order/quotation to real invoice number
We started using Xero because of its supposedly great integration with Freshbooks. But we were missing invoices to clients constantly, especially at the beginning of the month. As it turns out Xero can only process up to 99 transaction with Freshbooks a day. Go figure. There is no date announced that, when this is fixed.
