Google Mini Sweepstakes Rules

* One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entrants to receive a Google Mini.

* Entries must be received by Google no later than 5:00 pm PST on April 15, 2005.

* NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. You may enter by writing your full name, complete address, email address and telephone number on a 3 x 5 card and mailing it in a first class stamped envelope to:

* Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. The winner will be notified by email. A maximum of one entry person is allowed

* The drawing will be held on April 20, 2005. The winner doesn't need to be present to win. Undeliverable or unclaimed prizes will be awarded to an alternate entrant.

* The odds of winning depend on how many entries Google receives. No assignment, transfer or substitution of prizes is permitted.

* Winning entries may be subject to verification prior to award of prize. By entering and/or accepting a prize in this sweepstakes you agree to these rules and that the judges' decisions will be final.

* Google is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail or for entries which are damaged or illegible. Google is also not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Google on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof.
