About Dan Bornstein
Dan helped start Android in 2005. He designed and co-developed the Dalvik VM and libraries, and he still leads the team today. For the record, Dan does not think he has any Icelandic ancestors (alas).
About Debajit Ghosh
Debajit is a Tech Lead Manager on the Android Cloud Services Team. He has worked on Android since 2007, helping build its sync and push technology. He has Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from MIT.
About Dave Sparks
Dave Sparks manages the Android graphics, video, audio, and camera teams.
About Xavier Ducrohet
Xavier is the tech-lead for the Android SDK and Developer Tools. He joined Google in 2007 and holds a MS in Computer Science from EFREI, France.
About Jeff Hamilton
Jeff is a software engineer on the Android team. Over the last five years he has been involved in lots of parts of Android from the data storage frameworks to application development and now NFC.
About Andrew Stadler
Andy is a software engineer at Google, and has worked on search, test tools, and email. Before joining Google, Andy worked at Apple for 7 years, and led software efforts at four different startups.
About Dianne Hackborn
Dianne has worked on Android at Google since February 2006. She currently manages the Android application frameworks team.
About Ficus Kirkpatrick
Ficus is a founding member of the Android engineering team. He has worked on all levels of the Android stack, including the kernel, frameworks, and apps. He is currently a tech lead on Android Market.
