Google FIRST Lego League Qualifying Tournament
2006 NanoQuest Challenge

Google is pleased to announce that we will host a FIRST Lego League Qualifying tournament on December 16th, from 10AM-5PM (times are tentative – detailed schedule coming soon). The tournament will be at our headquarters, at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, in Charlie's Café.

The Google tournament is a First Lego League Official qualifying tournament. As such, teams that participate in the Google Qualifying Tournament are eligible to advance to the Northern California Official Tournament if they win a qualifying award.

As part of Google's ongoing commitment to advancing computing and technology, we would like to also help in dismantling barriers that keep women and minorities from pursuing science and engineering studies and activities. As such, we encourage FLL teams that reflect diversity in their team membership to apply.

Registration is now closed. We'll let you know if you're in or out by Thursday, October 12.

Google is not charging a registration fee for this tournament. However, we request that teams who are selected to compete in this tournament make a $30 donation to Playing At Learning, which helps support all Northen California FLL activities.
