Redhawk Resources, Inc. (Redhawk) is engaged in the business of acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties with a focus on copper. The Company�s activities are focused on developing the Copper Creek Project, an advanced stage copper-molybdenum project located in San Manuel, Arizona. The Copper Creek property is located in Pinal County, Arizona on the east flank of the Galiuro Mountains. The property is approximately 120.7 kilometers northeast of Tucson, Arizona and 24.1 kilometers from San Manuel, Arizona. The property ownership consists of approximately 1,005 acres (406.7 hectares) of Patented Federal Mining claims, three Arizona State Prospecting Permits totaling 729.93 acres (295.4 hectares), 216 unpatented Federal Lode Mining claims owned by Redhawk. Its other properties include Alien Gold Project. The Company has two wholly owned subsidiaries, Redhawk Copper Inc. and Redhawk Resources (USA), Inc.
