Description

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is a technical professional services firm. The Company provides a diverse range of technical, professional, and construction services to a number of industrial, commercial, and governmental clients. The Company provides four categories of services: Project Services, Process, Scientific, and Systems Consulting services, Construction services, and Operations and Maintenance services. In November 2011, it acquired KlingStubbins. In December 2011, the Company acquired Unique World. In July 2012, the Company acquired a majority ownership of DM Petroleum Operations Company (DM). In August 2012, the Company sold its iron ore pelletizing intellectual property and other assets to Metso Corporation.
