Red Metal Resources Ltd. is a start-up exploration stage company without operations. The Company is in the business of acquiring and exploring mineral claims. All of the Company's claims are located in the III Region of Atacama, Chile. In Chile, the Company has both pedimento and mensura claims. The Company has four active properties, including the Farellon, Perth, Mateo, and Veta Negra. These properties consist of both mining and exploration claims and are grouped into two district areas Carrizal Alto area properties and Vallenar area properties. On March 10, 2011, the Company purchased a group of 12 claims (the Perth). On April 12, 2011, the Company completed the acquisition of the Che claims.
