SPDR S&P Homebuilders ETF (the Fund) seeks to replicate as closely as possible the performance of the S&P Homebuilders Select Industry Index (the Index). The Index is an equal weighted market cap index. The Index represents the homebuilding sub-industry portion of the S&P Total Markets Index. The Fund’s performance reflects the expenses of managing the Fund, including brokerage and advisory expenses. The Fund invests in industries, such as homebuilding, building products, home furnishings, home furnishing retail and home improvement retail. The Fund’s investment advisor is SSgA Funds Management, Inc.
