As of December 30, 2012, the Company had two divisions, which included the New York Times Media Group, which includes The New York Times (The Times), the International Herald Tribune (the IHT), NYTimes.com and related businesses and the New England Media Group, which includes The Boston Globe (the Globe), BostonGlobe.com, Boston.com, the Worcester Telegram & Gazette (the T&G), Telegram.com and related businesses. On September 24, 2012, it completed the sale of the About Group, consisting of About.com, ConsumerSearch.com, CalorieCount.com and related businesses, to IAC/InterActiveCorp.
