Triton Minerals Limited is an exploration company operating in Australia and Mozambique. The Company acquires, explores and develops areas that are prospective for graphite, vanadium, gold, and other precious and base metals and minerals. The Company operates in two segments: Australia and Africa. The Company has one exploration project, Fraser Range North located in Western Australia. It also has graphite projects in Mozambique, Africa. The Fraser Range North project covers the juncture of the Kurnalpi Terrane of the Yilgarn Craton within the Albany-Fraser Province in Western Australia. The Company, through its joint venture interest in Grafex, is the holder of eight exploration licenses, of which six have been granted and two are in application, in the Cabo Delgado Province of northern Mozambique. Its Mozambique licenses comprise three project areas, known as Balama North Project, Balama South Project and Ancuabe Project.
