Le Gaga Holdings Limited is a greenhouse vegetable producer in China. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, are engaged in cultivating and processing of vegetables in the People�s Republic of China for distribution to markets in the People�s Republic of China and other countries. As of March 31, 2011, the Company�s greenhouses covered approximately 33.2% of its total arable land. The Company operates in two segments: Vegetables business and Trees business. Vegetables business consists of the cultivating, processing and distribution of vegetables. Trees business consists of the cultivating, processing and distribution of fruits and tea leaf from its fruit and tea trees, and cultivating and selling of fir trees.
