Staking a claim as Pennsylvania's oldest microbrewery, Stoudt's Brewing Company is part of an entertainment complex that includes the Black Angus Restaurant & Pub, Eddie's Breads, and the Black Angus Antiques Mall. The company's most well known beer brands are Stoudts American Pale Ale and Fat Dog Stout. Its beers are distributed in restaurants, retail outlets, and taverns in 10 adjacent states, as well as Washington DC, Georgia, and California. The brewery plays host each year to several beer festivals and also offers its banquet facilities for weddings and other gatherings. Offering festivals, antiques, steaks, bread, and beer, the enterprise was founded as Stoudt's Kountry Kitchen by Ed Stoudt in 1962.
