Serving both the retail and commercial markets, the company also offers replacement automobile batteries -- supplied by Johnson Controls -- for such brands as Ford, Subaru, and Toyota. Interstate Battery's 16,000 products are sold online and through more than 200,000 retail locations, including about 300 Interstate All Battery Centers in the US, Canada, Australia, Colombia, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, Guatemala, Guyana, and Panama. Its PowerCare unit provides motive and critical power products. Founded in 1952, the company is owned by chairman Norm Miller.
