Tijuana Flats Burrito Company operates and franchises about 70 fast-casual restaurants in Florida and about five other states that specialize in Tex-Mex cuisine. The chain offers a menu of hand-rolled burritos, enchiladas, chimichangas, and tacos, along with salads, nachos, and ice cold beer. About 40 of the restaurants are corporate-run while the rest are franchised. In addition, the company's Tijuana Flats Hot Foods is a leading wholesale distributor of hot sauces in the US that makes its own brands of habanero and jalapeño sauces, including Crazy Jerry's Mustard Gas and You Can't Handle This Hot Sauce. CEO Brian Wheeler opened the first Tijuana Flats in 1995.
