The company offers HMO, PPO, and point-of-service (POS) health plans. It also manages a Medicaid HMO through its HealthPlus Partners subsidiary as well as a Medicare Advantage program. Its provider network includes more than 2,700 primary care and specialist doctors, in addition to 30 area hospitals and numerous other health care facilities. HealthPlus of Michigan also offers wellness and disease management programs. Subsidiary HealthPlus Options is a third-party claims administrator.
