The company offers management and leadership development as well as technology services. It also releases articles, white papers, and research studies analyzing findings and trends within the human resources sphere. Novations serves the retail, finance and banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, and health care industries, among others. Clients have included such big names as Pfizer, PepsiCo, and McDonald's. Once a part of the Japan division of outsourced human resources provider Drake Beam Morin, the group was sold to private equity firm MCG Global in August 2006.
