Since its founding in 1979, it has completed more than 60 projects, including hotels, high-rise residential, and retail space, as well as affordable housing, assisted-living facilities, and churches. Its affiliate Douglaston Development oversees Levine's real estate development, while another of its affiliates, Clinton Management, provides property management services for Levine-owned buildings. Chairman Jeffrey E. Levine founded the company and its affiliates.
