Billy Crystal makes people laugh; Crystal Farms Refrigerated Distribution makes them hungry. The farm markets a tasty list, including natural and processed cheeses (cheddar, Swiss, and mozzarella), specialty cheeses (such as ricotta and Parmesan), and cream, string, and several snack varieties under its namesake brand. Dairies in Wisconsin and across the Midwest provide Crystal Farms with cheese, more than 80 million pounds of which it distributes to retailers and wholesale warehouses in the US, along with staples, butter and eggs. The farm also sells Simply Potatoes brand prepared spuds, the AllWhites egg substitutes, and David's Deli bagels. Founded in 1926, Crystal Farms is a subsidiary of Michael Foods.
