Working its way up in the corporate world, Aluminum Ladder Company, along with sister companies Alco-Lite, Carbis, and TechnoSteel, makes ladders, loading and unloading equipment, and other structural items. Its products include fire ladders, step ladders, platforms, stairs, stands, racks, and bulk loading systems. Aluminum Ladder's contracts have continued with BASF, E. I. Dupont, Procter & Gamble, and Union Carbide. Even the US Navy has been a customer. One special customer, however, is the Saudi royal family, which, after searching worldwide, commissioned the company to design and manufacture a system for changing lights in mosques in Saudi Arabia.
