Total Health Care provides health care coverage and related services to members in southeast Michigan (the Detroit area) and surrounding counties. Groups and individuals can choose Total Health Care for their health insurance. The HMO serves more than 80,000 members through individual and group health plan policies. It also has a contract with the State of Michigan to serve patients with coverage through Medicaid and the State's MI Child program. Pharmacy services are provided through a contracted network of pharmacy providers. Total Health Care was established in 1973.
