The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) is a not-for-profit, statewide health care organization of Alaska Native tribal governments and regional health organizations (also known as RHIOs) that connect disparate health providers. The 2,000-strong organization provides a range of health programs and services, including public health advocacy and education initiatives, health research (including water and sanitation), community health care, and medical supply distribution. The Alaska Native Medical Center, a native-owned hospital, is jointly managed by ANTHC and Southcentral Foundation, a regional health corporation based in the Cook Inlet region.
